Entrance to the estate is via newly installed electric gates for privacy and additional security.
It can sleep up to eight people in four double bedrooms ,each with its own en suite bathroom.
All bedrooms have views of the eucalyptus and olive trees in the valley and its beautiful rural countryside where you can gaze at the private land rolling down to the small river, the Rio Guadalcobacin , marking the boundary of the property.
An ideal location for a relaxing luxury stay in Andalucian countryside yet only ten minutes walk from the lively pueblo of Arriate with many tapas bars and restaurants.
Newly installed “Fibra Optica” fast wifi is available throughout the house and garden to keep everyone in the family connected.
The large terrace ,accessible from the double height open plan interior connecting inside and outdoor space through the huge sliding glass doors affords yet more amazing views of the valley and large swimming pool.

Living Area
The living and terrace area has been designed to take full advantage of the villas location.With a stunning view of the valley and its wide open spaces it really is a visual treat.
Comfy seating in a double height space is enhanced with wall to wall views of the valley through floor to ceiling glass sliding doors leading seamlessly onto the large terrace.

Inside the large open plan living space features a Sony 65 inch smart TV so you can binge on Netflix and other streaming apps for movies and sports when simply admiring the view is not enough.

Fast wi-fi also allows use of Sonos and Phillips Hue to control music and lighting.
A mezzanine floor adds to the spacious and airy interior.
The living area leads into the kitchen with a huge double height window and glass double doors leading to the outdoor kitchen and bar.
At the northern point of the property are four double bedrooms , two of which are accessed by marble stairs.

Kitchen & Bar
A contemporary modern blend of marble , dark wood and ceramic tiles flecked with tin , the kitchen is adjacent to double glass doors linking with the outside marble bar area.
The well equipped interior kitchen features large five burner hob, oven,microwave and dishwasher. An american style double fridge freezer with ice machine and chilled water complements the kitchen essentials.
Naturally there is a toaster , kettle and all the home utensils you would expect.
Nespresso coffee maker , Nutri Bullet blender provide healthy drinks choices or homemade cocktails!
Continuing the indoor / outdoor theme , walking through the kitchens double glass doors there is an outside marble Bar and kitchen area with a Smeg wide oven , outside drinks fridge , Ooni pizza oven and Weber Kettle BBQ for al fresco cooking.
Bedrooms
Four Air Conditioned double bedrooms, all en suite complete with silent ceiling fans for comfortable sleeping.
All bedrooms have their own private balcony or access to the garden or terrace.
Each bedroom has large fitted wardrobes, automatic blinds, integral mosquito nets and Brazilian cherry wood flooring.
Additionally one bedroom has a 42 inch smart tv
En suite bathrooms are tiled floor to ceiling and are spacious , light and airy.
The Terrace
The terrace extends around the villa overlooking the pool and providing fabulous views on which to enjoy being in the peaceful countryside.
The large sliding glass doors open to allow a seamless extended indoor / outdoor space which blurs the line so you can experience the best of both worlds at once.
A large teak dining table and chairs is complemented by two vintage leather armchairs to relax in at sundown time. Perfect for cocktails and watching the sunset.

Shaded in the day , the terrace has floor up-lighters and wall lights for al fresco dining.
Valley Views & Mirador
Adjacent to the pool is a delightful viewing spot , or mirador in Spanish, with cafe style table and chairs , to have breakfast or drinks overlooking spectacular views down the valley towards Ronda and the mountains of Grazalema.
The sunsets looking across the valley are simply cinematic.

Booted eagles ,Griffon Vultures, hares and other Andalucian wildlife are to be seen whilst enjoying a coffee.
Outdoor Gym
For those who wish to maintain their healthy habits we have professional Gym standard Life Fitness running machine,exercise bike, Concept Rower and York weight bench and barbells plus chrome hand weights .
There are plenty of running tracks visible across the valley for the runners amongst us.
Pool
The pool is 10 x 5 metres and has a depth of 1metre at the shallow end to 2 metres at the deep end. Entry into the pool is via quartered roman steps at the shallow end.
The pool is heated and has the latest salt chlorination system for hygiene . Another benefit is that the water is of a higher quality for your skin and hair.

In the summer months the electric pool cover is not required as the pool is invariably warm and inviting
There are sun loungers and reclining chairs available.
Utility room
The utility room has a washing machine and sink with tap for five stage filtered water. Ideal to fill a water jug for the fridge providing crystal clear pure water from the villas own well.
