How do we find the villa?
We will send detailed instructions on how to get to the villa or a pre arranged meeting point in Arriate where our house manager will meet you to show you the villa. It is identified on Google maps.
How far is the villa from major Airports?
Malaga airport is 100kms and takes 70 minutes to drive. Seville airport is 130kms and takes 100 minutes
How often is the villa cleaned?
The team prepare the house for your arrival and there is a mid week clean during your stay. Linens and towels are changed weekly. Pool cleaning and garden maintenance is twice a week.
Are there supermarkets nearby?
In Arriate there are very small supermarkets. It is has several small ones, Ruiz near the church is good but typically it is more local style shopping with small bakers, butchers and hardware stores.
The larger supermarkets are in Ronda where there are brand new Aldi Mercadona , Lidl and Supeco (Carrefour).
Also there is a Sunday market in Ronda full of local produce
Are there bars and restaurants nearby?
Yes! A wide choice of tapas bars and small restaurants are nearby.In Arriate, Malacana is fantastic and of course there is the award winning El Muelle de Arriate with genial dutch owner ,Frank.

Ronda has way too many to mention all… Tragata in the middle of Ronda or El Convento in Barrio San Francisco stand out.

Ronda old town is well worth visiting for many more, for example checkout the views from El Morabito or El Campillo in the pretty square , Plaza de Maria just next door.
Are there medical services nearby?
Yes. Only 9km away is the Hospital Serrania de Ronda. Opened in 2018 and very modern.
Is there a local Taxi firm?
Yes. Antonio runs the family firm in Arriate. He knows the area and villa well. A regular provider of airport runs to and from the villa too.
Are pets allowed?
No
Is the water safe?
Yes.The villas water is drawn from our own well and run through a brand new water filtration system.
Does the villa have wi-fi?
Yes. Newly installed Fibra Optica provides plenty of bandwidth for multiple users. Netflix , Amazon prime and many other apps are available on the 65 inch smart TV.
One of the bedrooms has a 42 inch TV with the same options.
What if I need to cancel?
It is possible to cancel and all details are in our Terms and Conditions.
